Mill Creek is home to a thriving Brown Trout population, thanks to an annual stocking program managed by the DNR Fisheries Division and the Ann Arbor Chapter of Trout Unlimited. Since 2014, 2,700 5-8 inch yearling Brown Trout have been released into the creek each year. Anglers commonly catch trout ranging from 6 to 10 inches, with the occasional 15-inch trophy fish reported.

🗺 Directions from Ann Arbor:

Take I-94 west to Baker Road (Exit 167).
Head north on Baker Road for about 3.5 miles until it ends at Main Street.
Turn left on Main Street, drive ¼ mile through the business district, and you’ll find the park entrance just before you cross the stream at the west edge of town.
